Service

The service of cogeneration units is of crucial importance to their operation outputs. Due attention is therefore paid to ensuring a system of quality servicing of cogeneration units in Slovakia.

The service of cogeneration units is provided in several ways:

• in a standard way upon call with subsequent invoicing of repairs and spare parts
• on the basis of a Service Contract – the customer pays, on a monthly basis, a certain amount from the profit made from the cogeneration unit operation, and the service organisation ensures regular inspections, servicing and spare parts; their price of is included in the monthly payments. In this way, the customer saves for major planned maintenance, thus avoiding high one-time cost.

Service centres for cogeneration units are located all over Slovakia. The customer can choose the service centre closest to the place of deployment of its cogeneration unit.
