INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY

The aim of the company Intech Slovakia, s. r. o. (ltd.) which is dedicated to the optimisation of energy systems is to permanently satisfy customer demands with a view to the requirements arising from the specific features of every single customer on the basis of extensive knowledge and experience of the company staff and their preservation at a high level. The company seeks to constantly improve the effectiveness and the quality of its services and of its quality system, and to enhance its ability to promptly respond to the changing environment.

The company implemented the Integrated Management System according to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 standards by which it is committed to continuously enhance its activities. Through the management and monitoring of its key processes the company seeks to permanently maintain high quality, as expected by our customers. We focus our efforts mainly to areas where we can influence the quality of our services. At the same time, we contribute to the preservation of the environment for the future generations.

The management of Intech Slovakia, s. r. o. (ltd.) undertakes to:

• continually maintain and improve the IMS effectiveness in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards,
• increase the quality of its services,
• keep and further promote its position on the Slovak market among companies dealing with energy system optimisation,
• maintain mutually beneficial and long-term relationships with important customers and suppliers on a partnership basis,
• constantly increase the qualifications of its employees with respect to their professional work, the quality of provided services and the environment,
• prepare, regularly review and fulfil the IMS objectives and programmes,
• communicate with state authorities, self-governments and all stakeholders, and exchange experience in the environmental field,
• apply preventative measures in the field of environment protection, thereby constantly improving the state of the environment,
• comply with quality and environment protection regulations relating to the activities performed by the company and with the requirements of the stakeholders in the given area which the company is bound to satisfy,
• apply preventative measures with the aim to eliminate environment pollution, customer dissatisfaction, accidents and incidents,
• actively communicate on opinions with other employees, customers and all stakeholders in order to accomplish the set plans, increase the satisfaction of customers and other stakeholders, and raise the awareness of employees on quality and environment protection.

This policy is binding for all employees of the Intech Slovakia, s. r. o. (ltd.). The company management undertakes to create the necessary resources, provide comprehensive support and organise training activities for its staff needed to implement this policy.

The IMS policy has been issued as a separate corporate document, and all company employees got acquainted with it.
