Partner EPPROS has several years experience with ensuring logistic operations with biomass (wood chips) – from collecting, through processing to storage and transport. Partner will help to expand logistic activities by enlarging phytomass logistic – straw in Trebišov. This will include mostly activities like stamping, bundling and storing straw on fields.
Partner´s participation in a project is focused on a support to achieve results in a second part – logistic centre (increase production of biomass by creating a logistic centre). This partnership will lead to expansion of processed material by logistic centre. This material, the wood chips, will be enlarged by straw. For the needs of new energetic heat source in Trebišov partner EPPROS will ensure processing of estimated 5 000 t straw provided by local farmers.
