Energy Efficiency Management
The lack of free investment funds for enhancing energy efficiency led to the development of the Energy Efficiency Management (EEM) service. Many owners and operators of energy systems do not dispose of funds to increase the efficiency of power generation, distribution and consumption and subsequent saving. Paradoxically, they face a situation where the lack of funds prevents cost reduction.
The Energy Efficiency Management (EEM) service shows how to make necessary investments in such situation and achieve energy cost saving. This is possible without direct investment involvement of the owner or operator of the source. The entire investment is made by the energy efficiency manager, and is repaid from saving. The owner of the source can usually observe power cost reduction right from the beginning, without any investment.
This service is very interesting and effective with regard to the use of cogeneration systems, and is extremely prospective also in the field of biomass use for energy purposes, as it offers wide opportunities for the reduction of the cost of heat generation in district heating systems in towns and industrial plants.
The EEM allows to obtain cheaper heat without own investment.
