Partner Norskog has extensive experiences with preparing and realization of projects. Partner has also several years experiences with ensuring sustainable forestry, use of wood, logs and wood products including trading with these products and controlling logistic operations – from a forest till industrial plants. Norskog is a member of Norwegian Forestry Group, which members have experiences also with the production of bioenergy (electricity and heat). Expert post from Norskog will lie in streamlining single logistic operations and controlling logistic of Intech Slovakia, s.r.o.
Partner´s participation in a project is focused on support of achieving results in a fourth project area – implemented knowledges of norwegian experts. From the view of energetic chain these knowledges will be implemented in a section of logistic center (services of central logistic dispatching, decreaseing environmental “footprint” of logistic operations by decreasing logistic cost). Through partnership will be business plan and strategy of Intech Slovakia done. Quality, quantity and availability of biomass will be reviewed. Current logistic operations from collecting till producing energy will be streamlined. New market tools and new IT solutions in logistic and training courses will be implemented.
